TV wall mount service in Edinburgh today we were called out to install a customers new TV on the wall at a new build penthouse flat at Douglas Crescent Edinburgh.

The customer had purchased a new Sony 55 inch TV from a well known department store in Edinburgh they also sold her a TV wall mounting fitting service which she thought was great and all she had to do was sit back and wait for delivery and installation. The day had arrived when her new television was coming the delivery driver / installer had arrived and refused to fit her TV onto the wall giving the excuse it was a plasterboard wall she complained and another fitter was sent out one week later and still they refused to fit the TV to the wall. The customer returned the TV to the store and informed them how disappointed she was with there TV wall installation service.

She bought another TV from a different store and contacted us for installation we called out the following day after delivery we had here TV on the wall within the hour she was delighted. Yes it was a plasterboard wall with metal studs but using the correct wall bracket and fixings these installations can be installed quickly.

We arrived at the job scanned the wall with our stud / wall scanner and found the wall to have a sheet of 22mm ply wood behind the plasterboard which makes it very easy for fitting TV’s onto using the right tools for the job always helps please get in touch for all your TV installation enquires we offer free advice .
